I went swimming and despite all indications i have read, i cant turn it on. Please help!

I have Versa 2 and it just went dead. I did a restart by holding the button until the blue diamond appeared then let go. Seems to be okay now.

i have troed holding it down for minutes.  i charged it..nothing happening.  i saw what pooked like an outline of 2 folders for a second
