Hi, do you mean updating your Versa to the newest Firmware version? If yes then see this guide I wrote about updating: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Hassle-free-guide-to-update-your-Versa-s-firmware/t.... Good luck and hoping this guide helps you to complete the update without any problems.

Did you ever get yours to update?  I am having the same problem and I've spent hours trying to update mine.  It's really frustrating.  I've deleted and reinstalled the app, I've disconnected from my phone and reconnected, I've tried Wi-fi and Bluetooth.  I've tried everything suggested in all the troubleshooting articles, and nothing is working.  It just says downloading in the app and the screen on my fitbit looks like it's halfway finished.  It stays like that for hours.

I am having this issue as well.  Stopped updating on Thursday.  Have reset, reloaded app etc.  Suggestions?

I’m having the same issue! I’ve been trying to update for the past few days and have tried every suggestion (deleting the app, using wi-fi, using Bluetooth, restarting my versa, restarting my phone, etc.) It still won’t update.

I am not seeing updates for calories and minutes -even after syncing. My watch and cell phone have shown different results for my workouts for the last 3 days. What's going on?

My fit bit versa just synced for the first time since 4/10/19 @ 7:20am. Don't know why, but it did.

Even a broken clock is right two times a day.

This new versa is just a pain, so many problems with a new device, and so many people with the same problems. Maybe it should of stayed in development longer. Makes you wonder if they had problems, but their bosses wanted it finished, so they cut corners. Just a disappointment

Yes same here... where the steps and calories should be now it says “undefined” and where the heart rate should be it’s just - -

I don’t know what’s wrong it was working fine for like a year now it’s just acting up.

Hi! I was finally able to update it, BUT I had to do the Factory Reset, removed the device from my account and add it again, then I updated it by Bluetooth and it worked!

I am having the same issue. Put my phone and Fitbit Versa on chargers last night and left it to update. Now my Fitbit has a half blue/half black screen and I cannot tell the time, see my steps or anything else. This has been frustrating.
