Versa is not uploading data to Go365 since 8/17/18

Steps have not transmitted to Go365 app from Fitbit versa since 8/17/18. I have disabled and reloaded, synced multiple times. No transmission. No updates to complete.

Try the common cures first. Restart your phone and Fitbit. 

See pg 69 in the users guide.

It sounds like it may be something on Go365's end. I'm glad you tried the troubleshooting steps on the Fitbit side, that helps to narrow the cause of the problem.
