Hi There,

I got a message yesterday in my android app which said there is a firmware update for my versa. I clicked on it and my versa started the update. The update downloaded and then nothing happened. Now, I can do nothing with my versa. The fitbit logo appears on my versa's screen and after a severeal seconds it disappears. I tried the 3 buttons factory reset and delete (unpair) and pair again my device as well but my phone can't find the versa. I tried restart my phone and bluetooth too and I checked the WiFi. Anyone has good advice? Thanks a lot.

That doesnt sound good. Have you tried the button Factory reset more than once? Give it another go if you havent. Otherwise I would let the battery run flat and let it sit for a few hoirs before tryingbto fully charge it again. If that doesnt help you will need to contact support (link in my signature)

FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

If the device turns on, please go back to the Fitbit app and setup your device back to your account with these steps. Make sure your watch is plugged into a wall plug or a computer, next to the router and that there are no other trackers or devices with Bluetooth on nearby when setting up.  Please log into your account, go to account on the upper right corner, there look for "setup a device" and tap on it. Follow the instructions on the screen and let the watch charge for 2 hours.

Hi NellyG

Thanks, for your reply. Yes, I have tried a lots of times the factory reset mode so now I am going to let the battery go down and I will go back if I have something new.

Here is my news:

- I tried several times the factory reset (3 buttons then 2 I got the vibration)

- The versa has restarted and the fitbit logo appers - disappers now

- I have unpaired the versa, deleted the app, downloaded again, restarted the phone, logged in, and try to pair, but my phone can't reach the device this time

Any thoughts?
