Versa is over exaggerating my stairs.

I never had an issue until this past week. Any ideas? Oh and its tracking my sleep weirdly too.

@sheena813, I'm sorry for the late response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.

 

I would like to follow up and help you with the stairs and sleep tracking issues that your Versa is experiencing.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. Also, check out this help article which explains why your device may calculate extra floors.
