I just bought the Versa...and I am seriously considering returning. The wifi took FOREVER to show up, even though I had the watch literally sitting on top of the router. Now even though it shows in my paired devices on my Iphone 8 - it will not connect. What is going on?

Hello there @nicholemarie23, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I was reading your Versa is paired but not connecting. Is this issues affecting when you try to sync or is this related to your Wifi configuration at the moment to download a clock face?
Wifi and bluetooth are different option for your Versa, since your watch data will sync as always through your bluetooth without the need of using Wifi. Now, if this is related to an app or clock face download to mention a few examples, it will be through your Wifi network.

Hey there!
Just upgrade from the HR to the Versa. Versa is paired with my phone (LG G7 ThinQ) but not connected. So if someone is calling or sending a text, I'm not receiving it on the Versa. I have tried upairing all devices that I had connected to my phone, deleting the Versa from my FitBit acct and re-adding but nothing has fixed the issue. Any suggestions??
