I have noticed for about a week now my Versa Lite will randomly shutoff. This happens multiple times a day. My screen also does not work more than half the time when I go to check the weather, start a work out, etc. It doesn't recognize me touching it, I should say. I also have issues with my screen turning on when i touch the side button.

Regarding the screen issues that your Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
