Versa is randomly switching on and off

Hi

My versa has died. It started switching on and off and wouldn't sync. It was fully charged. Now it has just died completely and I can't  reset it. 

I have looked on my app and it told me to tweet customer services which I did on sunday and again yesterday but I've heard nothing. How do I get in touch?

Welcome to the Community Forums @louy13! Thanks for restarting your Versa prior to contacting us. Nice way to go! 

 

Since the restart din't work and your device is fully charged, please check on the Fitbit app if your Versa is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.
