Versa is rebooting by itself many times in a day

My versa is rebooting by itself many times in a day, battery drains on each reboot. Am also unable to make clock faces. With all these i feel like the piece that i have received is faulty. Fitbit team to respond on it quickly or else some one can reach me to resolve the issue
