Versa is receiving notifications from old phone

I have had my Fitbit linked to my work Iphone.  I made a decision recently to separate work from personal and bought a new Iphone for personal use.  I have set the new phone up with my Itunes and created a new Itunes for my work phone.  My Versa Fitbit is now linked to my new phone, however, when I receive a telephone call on my work phone, my Fitbit still advises me of an incoming call on the old phone.  How do I link my Fitbit to my new phone number instead of the old phone number? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @KMG-GLNG  remove the app from the old phone? Usually it's a matter of just setting up the Fitbit on the new phone. Let us know if this isn't the case. Sure one of the moderators would know how to assist you.

@KMG-GLNG I recommend you to check if your Versa is still paired to your old phone's Bluetooth. If that's the case, please do the following:

1. On your old iPhone tap on Settings.

2. Select Bluetooth and tap the information icon information%20icon%20ioson Versa and select "Forget this device".

3. Confirm that you want to forget or remove the watch from Bluetooth.
