Versa is stuck in the Fitbit logo

My versa is Blinking the Fitbit logo. Tried syncing but it is not connecting

Hi there @Gigilynn, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for already trying to sync your Versa in order to fix the display. 

While reading your post I was wondering if your Versa's display is still stuck in the Fitbit logo? If so, please restart it by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
