Versa is stuck on 10,000 steps

My versa seems to have set itself on 10,000 steps ! It flashed today when I reached 15,000 - time/date is correct, but step counter doesn't budge, any ideas please - I've switched it on and off but made no difference - many thanks

Thanks for your help, I think it was the clock face I had chosen had expired, I let it run right down and it's reverted back to standard one, which is working !

Hi, try restarting your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Usually this procedure solves simple problems.
