Hi,
i was was wondering if anyone has had the same issue as me (& knows how to fix it!?)... I had 80%battery when I accepted the update on my versa and then went to bed. Obviously I did not think it would take so long to install & it died overnight however now even when putting the watch on charge the watch is suck on a install screen. When I go into my phone in the update section it says it’s searching for a watch and can not find one? Can anyone help me please.

@iapps20, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's stuck on the install screen after you ran the firmware update.
Please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, check out your Versa and see if it shows the clock face properly and shows your stats.
