Versa is stuck on the screen of logo

my Fitbit is stuck on the screen of logo and it has a half blue line next to the Fitbit logo and its been on the charger for a long time and i tried everything on it. what do i do now

Hi @warrenharper , are you able to restart your Versa three times by holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons? If no, call Customer Support. Regards kuzibri

This is precisely what happened to my watch when it attempted (and initially failed) to update to the latest firmware release.

The good news is that the watch may be recoverable; the bad new is that you'll probably have to do it with a Windows PC and not your phone.

Hi @SunriseRun427 , although this is a possible positive alternative, it's only a temporarily solution cause Fitbit via windows PC as limited possibilities, even when using Fitbit Connect. You cannot install Clock Faces, Apps, etc. Regards kuzibri
