I tried to update my versa several days ago.  It never finished.  Now it is stick showing the logo for a few seconds, then goes black for a few seconds, and back to the logo. It won't sync, it won't  charge. I've rebooted, reset, and nothing works!!  Not happy.

@theflyingbunny, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it gets stuck showing the Fitbit logo only. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Since you mentioned that the Firmware update didn't finish, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and see if it finishes and it displays the clock face when it starts up.
