I have a Versa and just recently, last few days, it has not been sending text notifications to my watch all other permitted apps send their notifications. I've checked every setting on my phone, watch, and fitbit app, but can not find the solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @JKDawsey What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on notification problems.

The same thing is happening to me. I have a Samsung S8+ and just last Friday I stopped receiving text notifications. I have called Fitbit customer service and they walked me through everything and still nothing. I looked at every setting. They mentioned that my app updated and I was one a a small group that hot the update first and was looking into see if that has anything to do with it since it happened the morning after the night update. I havent heard from them yet. Someone please help !

Hi all, That is weird. I have an S8 too and mine is working fine. Mind you I havent had the update yet.....

I have the same issue but I have a galaxy s9+, interested to find out why thus function worked for so long only to have it stop mysteriously about a week ago

Let us know what they say. I am going to call tonight as wel . They had me try everything but nothing seemed to work.
