Versa is tracking extremely high heart rate readings

Anyone else experience random high HR readings that are in the range of 130-170 when simply sitting? This is the 3rd time this happened and throws all my stats of and shoes me active for a crazy amount of time and doesn't track my sleep. Fitbit refuses to send me a replacement even though I'm in my warranty window.

@mlprudhomme, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry about the high heart rate readings that your Versa has tracked. I totally understand how you feel about this.

Our team is actively working on a fix to this issue and expect to have it resolved soon. Once a solution is available, we'll make sure to post it on the Community.

We really appreciate your patience and feedback about this since this helps us to keep improving.

I'll be around if any question arises.

I’m experiencing the exact same issue. My device has stopped tracking sleep and shows 180-200 bpm when sat down resulting in crazy calories burned per day. Tried resetting and have done a factory reset but no success. Fitbit has said there is nothing they can do which is absolutely ridiculous!

@emmasrf, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I appreciate the time spent trying to get the heart rate issue resolved before contacting our forums. I know how frustrating this is for you.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.

As a side note, I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.

Hope to see you in our Fitbit Community more often.

You're right, I had an issue back in November. No one was able to help me
at that time but after 2 days it seemed to work again. I've now been having
the issue again since mid January and this has NOT been resolved. Is there
a resolution available now?
