Hi, my versa is giving heart rate readings when I'm not wearing the fitbit. It's showing 3 hours of over 100rpm while being left on the table. It's done this for the last 2 days now.
The heart rate is set to 'on' in settings. The help section says to change this to auto, but this is not an option. The only options I can see are on our off.
Does anyone know how to fix this please?

This doesn't seem to work for my Charge 4, which often registers HR data when it's in my gym bag. I put the tracker in my gym shoes (I know). I have tried face down, which doesn't seem to work. I have better, but not definitively good, luck, with it curled up and resting on it's side, and something over the top to block all light. Fitbit really needs to address this.

Same with my Versa 3. I wish I could return it, this model is terrible.
