Versa is tracking inaccurate stats

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Over the last few days I've noticed my stats (HR, floors, active minutes, calories & distance) are not being tracked or were inaccurate on my watch and the app. I've read a few articles and followed the advice of others and trouble shot but still having issues. My watch isn't holding a charge either. HELP PLEASE!! I depend on my watch so much, it really helps me stay on track when it works properly.

@Mizanna I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

Regarding the inaccurate stats that your Fitbit Versa was experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and sent an email with some instructions. Hi!
So on the phone call, the rep was only addressing the steps not being
accurate. My heart rate not being read was never address. Without my heart
rate being captured I'm not getting the full experience the watch offers.
I'm still having issues with the watch. The battery lasts about 52-56 hours
on a full load compared to the 60+ hours it once was capable of. I'm
having issues syncing now as well. So my info is not showing on the app as
it does on my watch. The time is also not accurate. Almost as if its going
slower then the actual time. I've tried the suggestions I was given be the
rep I spoke with. What other options do I have?
