For some reason my versa is showing lectures of my heart rate that are not accurate. It shows like I’m doing a very intense physical activity when in reality I’m resting and feeling very calm. Lectures show heart rates at 200 when in reality they are at 60.

When I first got my Versa back in May of 2018 it tracked my HR perfectly. After the first software update it always tracked double my actual HR. I was told by the support team that it was a "known issue" and it would be corrected in a future update. Fast forward to today and guess what? IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED! I was given the run around about a coming fix until my warranty expired. This was after I asked about a fix before the warranty expired. I was assured that I had no worries. Well, now that my warranty has expired, I can get no love from Fitbit. My Versa is showing its age as the battery runs down in about 24 hours. Will I buy a new one? NO WAY! Buh bye Fitbit!
