Versa is tracking too many active zone minutes while I sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa has recently started logging crazy high amount of active minutes and isn't logging my sleep as normal (no sleep score). I have reset it a few times and considering letting the battery run down to zero to get it to work properly again but it is driving me mad. I work out three-five times a week but currently it is showing 300 active minutes by the time I wake up. Also my heart rate is recording as high when I'm asleep. So strange. Help please.

Hi there, @sameslom. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand how you must be feeling. @Charsoccer Thanks for your advice, I'm glad to hear that our Support Team was very helpful.

Please note that active zone minutes are earned based on your heart rate data. With that being said, bear in mind that heart-rate tracking can be affected by several factors including air temperature and device location on your arm For more information, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

I have factory reset the fitbit in the hope this sorts it. I will give it a few days and see what happens. No idea why it started going mad like it did.

Update: Ha back sooner than I thought. Issue hasn't resolved. Minutes still showing as crazy high.
