Versa is turning off at random times

My versa is turning off randomly and the only way to turn it on is to plug it up to the charger. I have shut it down and then could not get it to turn on. I know others have the same issue but I can not find out how to fix it.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa turns off at random times. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this and for letting me know that it won't turn on now after you shut it down.
