I am unable to change my clockface as it keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet. I am definitely connected. Please help!
Version 3.25 is installed and newest update also on Samsung galaxy phone.

Hi @TabethaTaylor, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't let you to change the clock face.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help page when trying to change the clock face.

Hi.
I restarted both my fitbit and my phone. Clock faces came up like it used to and I emailed you back. Went back into the app and its not working again.
