Low battery. I’ve tried so many solutions but nothing has worked for me. Unplug and plug back in the extension cord, tried a different usb cube, tried a different wall plug in, Restarted it multiple times, cleaned the charger and the back of versa twice. What else is there?

Accepted Solutions

@Shelbystein92 Try rubbing charging port with alcohol and plugging to USB port on your computer for charging. If this does not help, you might need to reach out to Customer Support as this could be a faulty charger issue.

@Shelbystein92 Does your Versa have any battery left? How much? Does it still sync? Do sensor lights blink?

It’s got 3% left as of now. And it still syncs and sensor lights blink as well.

Might try another charging station.  I thought my Versa would not charge, but luckily my wife has one too, so I tried her charger and it worked.  So clearly my charger failed not the Versa.

@Shelbystein92 I see. I wish you had contacted Customer Support instead. They would have shipped it for free. That's usually what they do in this kind of situations. So I heard.

Oh well that I didn’t know. But I only paid $8 for this one. So it’s not too much of a loss.

@Shelbystein92 you can use it to test it I guess but I would still reach out to Fitbit for the original one.

I still can. Yesterday I chat with three different Fitbit employees and none of them mentioned that.

@Shelbystein92 Yes, as your Versa is obviously not working and under warranty. It's usually what they try first. I hope it's just a charger. It would be a simple solution. Good luck.

They said I’d have to send them all of what came in the box then they emailed me a free shipping label to send me a replacement but I want to keep my watch. It’s just the charger that’s messed up. Not the watch. Thank you!

@Shelbystein92, thanks for letting us know you've already contacted our Support Team, if the charging cable you just purchased does not work with your Versa, it's possible the watch is the problem and as you already might need to return it so our team can continue assisting you.

Had a similar problem with mine. Forgot to put it on the charger and completely died, when I did set it on the charger, says it's at 0%.. after about 5 hrs still showed 0%!! Tried cleaning charger and watch with alcohol but still nothing. Don't know what to do at this point.
