Versa is unable to connect to WiFi.

I am unable to connect to my WiFi.. everything is s right but It does not connect... 😞

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to thank you for letting us know you've also tried to troubleshoot this issue on your side. At this moment, if you're still having trouble with the WiFi connection on your phone please check this help article: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to WiFi? Please keep in mind that you do not need to type the password every time your phone is about to connect to WiFi when transferring music or when updating, the two main reasons why your watch connects to WiFi.
