Was connected on fitbit, bought Lignite faces, when trying to load both devices stopped syncing. Have 24 hour trial over face on Versa. Uninstalled then reinstalled fitbit app. But still nothing happening. Cheers

@Karen-F Shut down your versa and turn off the bluetooth on your phone. Then power on Versa and turn on the bluetooth. To shut down Versa, tap on settings, scroll down to About and tap shut down.
