OK, thanks. I will give it a try to guide you to the process:

1. Put you Versa in the charger and connect it via USB to your laptop.

2. Set the BT settings of the Versa to pairing

3. Go to your Smartphone and for certainty, restart it and be sure BT is on after that.

4. go to you Fitbit app and press add a device and Fitbit will start searching

5. On a certain moment, you will see the message "Found it" and the 4 digit number appears on your Versa's display/

6. Enter these numbers into the Fitbit app.

7. Wait untill you see "Let's start" and press following. you can skip the WiFi setting and set it up later, usually this works better.

8. Follow the rest of the steps and your Versa will be connected to the mobile Fitbit app.

Good luck and let me know if it works.

Do you have a proper USB adapter to connect the charger of your Versa to a wall outlet? If not, can you borrow one and be sure it's a legit adapter?

Hello @JP2019, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @SunsetRunner, thanks for all your help. Smiley Happy

@JP2019, I appreciate you have shared your experience with us and for having tried the troubleshooting steps provided by @SunsetRunner. At this moment I would like to suggest you the following:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  3. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  4. Restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, then try to set up again.
  5. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet and try to set up again.
  6. If you can't set up after the reboot, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet and try to set up the Versa one more time.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.
