Versa is unable to swipe up

I’ve had my Versa for about 3 months and in the last 2 weeks I have been having problems. I am unable to swipe up to get my daily stats, and the stats in the top left hand corner change on their own. I have reset it many times and done a factory reset but still having the same problems. Has anyone else had these issues and if so how did you mend them.

@Nins68 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not responding when you swipe it up and some stats change on their own. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful. Please change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, monitor your Versa's behavior and see if the issues get fixed.

Thank you for getting back to me, I am using a clock face developed by Fitbit. I have tried everything and don’t know what else I can do.
