Hi
My versa will not sync to second iphone. Have app installed on personal and work iPhone. It will sync to personal phone no problems. Will not sync to recently installed app on work iphone. Have all day sync turned on and Bluetooth on. Have turned phone on off, manually restarted Fitbit, turned Bluetooth on off, and reinstalled app - but still will not sync to work phone. When app installed on work phone it did pull up the recent info from Fitbit but then won’t sync/see it.

Perhaps the personal phone is maintaining a link to the fitbit that's preventing a connection from the work phone. Have you tried syncing the work phone when the personal phone is turned off?

Thank you. You are so right. I checked the work phone at the train station and it had synced perfectly. Now I’m home my work phone hasn’t handed over to my personal phone which is now not working. Good reason to turn the work phone off.

@Harriet852 If you have a phone set receive notification from your Versa, there is a tight Bluetooth bond between your Versa and that phone. It will not sync to other devices. You might not need to turn phones on and off, just notifications from your Versa.
