Versa is unable to turn on after charging overnight.

I've tried to hard reset and left on charge overnight. My watch is dead.

@BChilders welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not turning on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. Finally, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

I've tried everything on the forums listed to do. My Versa is still dead. It's only 5 months old.
