I have a versa and it's using up battery because the coach app will not update and a red line runs back and forth and says it's trying to but can't connect I have no troubles with any other apps and the watch works great I love it otherwise please help me with this. I have tried to do whatever Solutions were out there but they are not working for me.

Hello @Cblech59 thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, have you restarted your Versa already by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? Would it be possible for you to let us know exactly which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

Please keep in mind that the Coach app needs to be updated using WiFi, in which case I would like to suggest you to plug in your Versa to its charging cable and make sure it's charging before starting the Coach update, for best results, use your home or work Wi-Fi network. If you've never connected your watch to WiFi, see How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?.

Give this a try and let us know the outcome.
