So my versa went dead, when I charged it, it had the day before displayed. I tried syncing it. Didn't work. I charged it, restarted, rebooted everything phone and versa. Now it is saying it needs an update well nothing is working. I've tried 3 different wifi spots and my Bluetooth. It is NOT updating. Its driving me crazy and plus I am still paying on it. I have only had it couple months. Help!

I appreciate you have brought this issue to my attention and for letting us know all the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far in hopes to resolve it. As you have already restarted your Versa, I would like to ask you to make sure your watch is plugged into the charger and in range of your Wi-Fi network during the update.
For best results, use your home or work Wi-Fi network. If your Versa is having trouble updating with WiFi, please try the following:
If the update fails, restart your mobile device and try to update again.

Trying to restart my versa as directed in your message and all that happens is the top of the clock flashes once (no fitbit logo).
Still no updating/syncing for two days now.

I just bought my versa 2 days ago. I could not get it to upload the software. When I called Fitbit they said this was a software issue that their engineers are looking into. They could not tell me how long it would be till the issue was resolved. Rediculous!
