I noticed Thursday night my versas battery had ran down which I thought odd but I charged it to 100% Friday morning, by Friday tea time it was low again
then it completely shut off and is now unresponsive
it won’t charge, sync just nothing
ive had it since November
Anyone else had a issue?

I’m basically having the same issues with mine and it’s also fairly new...I’m confused as to how to reset. My app isn’t working and my watch is draining and not counting all my steps at all. So frustrating!

I followed all the above steps and still nothing. I even did a factory reset and again the battery is still draining.
