My versa has been acting very weird. It went out of charge and then I put it on charging. it never turned back on. its been 3 days, I tried charging it for extended period of time, using a friend's charger, my usb charger cable with a different standard wall charger, but none of them seem to charge my fitbit.
Today, eventhough the screen wont turn on, I put it on my wrist the entire day, and suddenly I saw the fitbit logo appear on the screen, it wont go away(its stuck on the logo). Then I searched online for a stuck fitbit logo, and tried a "hold all three buttons for 15 seconds" to try and reboot the watch, the logo disappeared after 5 seconds of holding, and then nothing after that, just black screen, then I put it on charging again, this time the fitbit logo came on when it was charging, I left it charging for an hour, then took it off, and the logo disappeared. Also on many occasions during the day when the screen was off, I pressed the back button, and a couple of times randomly, the 0% charge screen showed up for a second before screen turned off again, I am not sure what the problem is, where to start and what to focus on to try and fix. Its been almost 18 months now and is not under any warranty.
Please help!
