Hello all
ive have my Versa since about 2018 and has worked flawlessly until now, the last few days i noticed it had been unable to track time properly.
so i did the usual googlefu and done all the recommended steps such as resetting the device, force closing the app and turning off my bluetooth on my phone.
when that didnt work i removed the versa from the bluetooth devices and on the app and performed a factory reset.
the issue really started from there, finding the versa proved challenging on my phone it wouldnt show up at all in devices, tried a different device and had the same story, i reset the versa again and it was able to be found by my phone.
once i paired it again with the phone i proceeded to update the tracker since it had undergone a factory resest, this was another massive issue as the Versa kept dropping in and out of bluetooth connectivity and i had to reset the update several times.
after about 3 hours it finally updated and i thought that was that and i can carry on however trying to update the clock face didnt seem to work, the versa wouldnt pair with my phone after the update and thus started losing time again. i have also been unsuccessful with using WiFi since the device keeps dropping out when setting it up so i have no option but to use bluetooth and even then i keeps dropping in and out interrupting any sync or update i try and make on it. the story is the same for whichever device i use
so i am in the process of trying to update again from a factory reset.

Hello
yes I restarted my phone several times, also uninstalled the Fitbit app and reinstalled it.
ivs managed to get it all updated now but it is losing time almost immediately after it syncs and syncing it takes far longer than it used to.
I look at the Bluetooth menu and it’s connecting and disconnecting constantly.
