My Versa was working wonders, I got it in May and have had no problems till now. My step count has been at -1 for past 3 days but when I go to see how far I've walked it will show I've done a couple of miles and even say I have done 5 floors. Also my active hours always shows 0 out of 9 when during the hour it will tell me I have completed my hour. Has any one encountered this or knows how to fix it?

It's weird that your Versa isn't being accurate, have you tried to restart it? If you haven't, I recommend restarting the watch by doing the following:

I have tried this and it did not work. Mine read that I had walked 14000 steps when I had it charging. This has been going on for the last 2 months.
