I bought a Fitbit Versa yesterday, followed all instructions the Fitbit has been on charge for 12 hrs and still has 0% battery, while in the charging cradle it says that its charging, but, it says it has 0%, can't figure it out. If I take it out of the charger the fit bit is completely dead. Please help! Or should I just return it and get my $300 back and buy something different, seems to be a lot of trouble with these devices.
