@Dtrigg Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't retaining the Wifi connection. Try removing the Wifi settings from the app, sync your Versa and restart it. After this setup the wifi again.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi, there are a few things you need to do to keep your Versa connected as long enough as you need for using Pandora in the right way. This is how to do that:

1. It's mandatory that your Versa is in the charger and connected to your PC. The Versa has no WiFi on its own, but uses your home Wifi network.

2. Go to the Fitbit app on your Mobile Device.

3. Go to the page where Clock Faces are also shown

4. Scroll down to WiFi settings and press it.

5. It will go to that and shown you your Home WiFi network.

6. Whenever your WiFi network is shown, you will see at the right side next to your network's name a white icon, press that.

7. Fitbit will start searching your network.

8. Once it has found your network, the white icon turns to blue and it says "connected".

9. As long as you keep your Versa in the charger and connected to PC, your Versa will keep connected to WiFi as long as you need to perform the things you want to do with Pandora.

Mind though, that whenever you take your Versa out of the charger before ending your Pandora activities or disconnect it form PC, your Versa will loose the connection with WiFi after a few minutes. Hope this helps, works always for me!

@SunsetRunner. Thanks for this update.

So you say that the Versa Will only stay connected if it’s also connected to the charger ans is charging.

I wonderen why my WiFi was always off.

You're right, the Versa needs to be in the charger and connected to a PC in order to keep WiFi connected als long as you wish. Disconnecting leads to the loss of WiFi connection within a few minutes.

@SunsetRunner Nice to see you’re in a very different time zone. 🙂

I don’t know how to mark is as a solution. But I gave it a thumbs up.

Hi, the reason why you cannot mark it als a solution is that you're not the OP of this thread, unfortunately.
