Versa isn't displaying heart rate information

My Versa is not displaying the heart rate. Even when I workout. It doesn't show a light underneath my device.

I am sorry to hear that your watch isn't displaying your heart rate information. I suggest taking a look at the help article Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
