@mjalvey You don't say where you are seeing the blank date information. If it's on the Versa clock face then I'm going to assume that it's a problem with that clock face. Try loading another one. The Fitbit app doesn't display the date and if you swipe up on the clock face of the Versa to see your stats only the month and date are displayed, ie Oct 07. Not what you are describing.

I changed the clock face and the new one has the date. The old one had a space for the date but it wouldn’t load. Thanks!

Hi, Alajandrafitbit,
Thank you for your message encouraging conversation with new fitbit users. I just got my new Versa 2 watch and activated it. I have two problems: one, the buttery : I started to charge the battery last night, it only charged to about the space of the square of the battery sign and wouldn't move up to charge it to full. It was still the same tonight at this hour -9:33 pm at 55% except it stopped its blinking trying to charge.
Another thing, I cannot get to the screen which properly displays the month and the date of the day, or showing time like you see on the face of a match. The first screen display I have is a large number of the hour on the left side, on the right, stats for three activities followed by a tiny display of “Fri 6.” If I continue to screen up, I see other stats, and then "settings." Go to settings, it allows me to select 7 stats to track, then there is nothing else I can see or move further. Is this the experience of you as an experienced user? I am very frustrated. I would like to be able to talk to a person on “Help” line, which is provided by APPLE for its phone customers. I appreciate that you and others are providing assistance to follow Fitbit users.
By the way, at this time, 10:26 pm, my versa 2 battery reading is 51%. Thank you very much in advance.
by the way, I don't know how to post a photo here, that is all what I can see. I hope the description above is sufficient.
