Versa isn't functioning properly since installing the latest firmware update.

I've been experiencing a lot of issues since the latest firmware update: back button not responding, constant popping up of the "no notifications", not syncin,  hyperfast draining of the battery,...

I've been reading similar issues all over this forum and yet... Still no clear and overall solution. What should I do?

Please don't tell me to shut down and restart my versa, don't send me to the page on why my fitbit isn't syncing, etc. , don't tell me not to reset (too late already done it twice) and please do not tell me to simply by a new one ... Could you please tell me what I should do?
