Versa isn't holding a charge

My original Fitbit that I purchased in May suddenly stopped working - wouldn’t charge, screen wouldn’t work and weirdly, before the battery drained, the vibration still worked.

I went back to Fitbit and they sent me a replacement, this replacement straight away wouldn’t hold battery - it drained in an hour (even with maximum measures to prevent this). So again, I went back to Fitbit and they sent me a second replacement. This worked fine... until the battery started to drain after its first charge.

I charged it up using various plugs and the USB port in my laptop and nothing improved this. So I purchased a new charger. This didn’t help either and now Fitbit are no longer responding to my emails, despite me asking whether I should send all my devices back over to them to have a look at... So all together I have spent £215 on a Fitbit that didn’t work longer than 5 months and I have no idea what to do 😞

You are far from being alone.  My previous Fitbit devices were very dependable, but went though 3 Versa units before I called it quits.

A warm welcome to the Forums @SarahCr34 and @GreginJaxFL thanks for stopping by.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If you are having problems with your Versa battery life, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provide there. After these steps, test your watch.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy
