Versa isn't logging, steps, stairs or anything

I have just been given a new Versa, before I send it back can someone please tell me why it isnt logging, steps, stairs or anything.  I have had nothing but problems trying to sync this and was prepared to use it just to show steps, stairs etc but now I cant even do that.  I have reset it, its fully charged and still nothing.  Any advice?

Sorry to hear of the problems you’re having, @LIRE . To help me understand - and hopefully help you - can you please let me know:

  • Did you download the Fitbit app to your phone and create an account? Which phone do you have?
  • Did you go thru the process of adding your Versa to your account in the app? 
  • Is the problem that the set up went well but the Versa shows nothing on its screen?

Thank you for your responses.  Problem appears to be bluetooth and has hopefully been resolved.  3 days now and all is working including swimming...fingers crossed.
