I have just been given a new Versa, before I send it back can someone please tell me why it isnt logging, steps, stairs or anything. I have had nothing but problems trying to sync this and was prepared to use it just to show steps, stairs etc but now I cant even do that. I have reset it, its fully charged and still nothing. Any advice?

Thank you for your responses. Problem appears to be bluetooth and has hopefully been resolved. 3 days now and all is working including swimming...fingers crossed.
