Versa isn't receiving WhatsApp notifications

I got my Fitbit in August and everything synced fine, but suddenly I just don’t get WhatsApp notifications?

If your watch isn't receiving WhatsApp notifications, I recommend verifying that you have this option on by going to your notifications from the Fitbit app. If you have this app selected, check the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.

I restarted the Fitbit and my iPhone and for a while the WhatsApp notifications worked , it seems that for moments it does receive them and then it stops 🤔. I restarted it once more and I hope it works fine! Thanks

I was receiving whatapp messages on my note 9 however for some reason I stopped and it's very annoying as I am trying everything and nothing seems to be workin

Same here, only WhatsApp notifications not coming through suddenly even though they are still selected on my Fitbit app...

Hi, receiving notifications from Whatsapp on iPhones are a know problem. Fitbit is still working to solve this issue. Regards kuzibri

My versa isn't receiving notifications, I have followed the link on here for troubleshooting. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and Bluetooth connection. i have updates my preferences on what notifications to recieve, my husband has same fit bit and the upgrade to my phone but has same problems
