I receive all the notification except call notification. I had done all the process mentioned in help articles of Fitbit. I receive only miss call notification.

I had the same problem and I realized that I have the notifications set on "Off" in the watch "quick actions". Just hold the left button and check if the Notifications are "On". Hope it helps.
I consider this a bit misleading because there is a setting for this also in the Fitbit mobile app and it doesn' synchronize with this one.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your watch isn't receiving call notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.

With quick action notification being set as ON, still don't get any call and calendar notification on watch.
But get email and SMS notifications
