Versa isn't receiving notifications

When will there be an update again? I have the Motorola Z Force and none of my notifications sync to my Fitbit Versa.

There may be an update in the future, but Fitbit has not released a date as of yet.

Keep in mind that in order to have a successful connection between your Fitbit and phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device.

 

If a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your watch but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
