I have tried to follow the notifications guidance but seem to be doing or have done something wrong. Texts have come in on the phone about 2 feet away but nothing on the Versa. Any help would be appreciated.

When notifications dont work on a phone that is listed as Supported (the S6 should work), and it is set up correctly in the Fitbit app, it is usually a setting on the phone that needs to be changed. Do you have your phones lock screen set to show rather than hide notifications? That is the only one I can think of that you might have set wrongly, but go through your settings and turn on anything that looks like it coild be related. Let us know if that helps.

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your texts notifications? Have the instructions provided by our friend worked? If you still having problems, I recommend following the steps provide in the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.

I think it is possible that by syncing the Versa with both my phone and my iPad it is only actually receiving messages from one. I do see iPad messages on the Versa but still no texts. There isn’t much activity at the mo so I need to set people up to send me messages
