I can get all notifications on my Versa, except for my text messages. The phone I use is iPhone. I have restarted my phone, deleted the app, deleted Versa from my Fitbit, turned off my phone and restarted it, restarted the Versa. These tricks have worked in the past temporarily, but no luck this time around. What are your suggestions? Thank you.

@Njayep welcome to the forums. I'm afraid this is an issue after the recent iOS update. All I can recommend is toggling notification off and back on (both for Fitbit app in the phone settings as well as text notifications in Fitbit mobile app itself) along with rebooting the tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears. Other thing to try is removing Versa from paired devices list and reinstalling Fitbit mobile app. In a longer run I'm afraid this issue needs to be addressed by an update.

A warm welcome to the Community @Njayep and @Marrrmaduke thanks for the input.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix the text notifications issue you are experiencing and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you able to receive texts now? Have you tried to remove the Versa from your Bluetooth's settings and add it again?
Hope to hear from you soon.

I have tried the Bluetooth removing and adding again, several times. I still cannot receive text messages.

I also have had this versa for nearly a year, with only being able to receive text messages 10-20% of that time. Usually my tricks make it work, but haven’t had any luck for several months.

I have had the same issue and have tried several of the suggestions on the threads. Considering selling mine and trading in for an Apple Watch if I can’t figure it out.
