Versa isn't recognizing my steps goal

Hi!

 

I recently installed one of the dog options as my new watchface. I understand that 1 treat= 10% of your step goal for the day, but unfortunately, it is not recognizing that my step goal is 10,000 and not 1,000. Therefore, it has me earning a bone every 100 steps. Not complaining as my dog will never run away-but would really like to keep it accurate so that it motivates me the way that it should!

 

I triple checked and my goal is set to 10,000 steps in the app, just unsure as to why it is not synced on my watch face?

 

Please help!

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you have tried to restart your Versa? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
