My Versa does not read my heart rate or sleep. What can I do other than a factory reset?

When you turn the Versa over, are the green Heart Rate sensors on?

Have you checked if the heart rate option is on? If you haven't, I recommend swiping to setting and check this. Also, you can try the instructions provide in the help article Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?. Once you get this work, test it and see if it registers your sleep information.
